DREAM BIG


Dream BIG is the motto at Keith Poole's Training Zone. From personal experience - I can personally tell you that it holds true.

My name is Cameron Kastl and I am a walk-on on Arizona State University's Football team. Throughout my life I had many people tell me I was never good enough; never big enough, strong enough, or fast enough to make it on a Division 1-A Football Team.

I tried multiple organizations that all worked to make an individual bigger, faster, and stronger, however, it wasn't until I talked to Keith that my dreams became a reality. The workouts he puts you through are if not harder, than just as hard as anything I have ever done. Keith, along with his amazing staff showed me that I can do anything as long as I put my mind to it and give nothing short of your personal best.

Before I worked with Keith, I would have never had had the confidence to do what I was able to. I gained 10 pounds of muscle and indeed came out bigger, faster, and stronger.

I would recommend Keith Poole's Training Zone to anyone who needs the extra push to prove to themselves that they are capable of anything. Not only will you improve as an athlete in every way, you will improve as a person. I cannot thank Keith and his staff enough for what they have done for me. I improved so much that I was able to achieve my personal goal.

The most important lesson I learned while working with Keith was that the sky is the limit and nothing is impossible. If you want something bad enough, all you have to do is go get it and as long as you dream, DREAM BIG.

Thanks to Keith Poole's Training Zone, I am now able to call myself a Sun Devil.

I had been working out at the big chain gyms for years. My main reason for joining Keith Poole's Training Zone was to challenge myself and add some diversity to my workouts. I accomplished both of these goals with the help of Keith and his staff. The workouts are fun and Keith does a great job of adding new exercises in order to mix up your workouts. I started seeing physical results from my efforts in weeks. I was able to lose body fat and gain lean muscle. The trainers at KPTZ are helpful, motivational & will make the most efficient use of your time. I have continued to add to my goals and look forward to their education, expertise, expectation and motivation in achieving my results.

Just wanted to drop a shout out, I appreciate getting me right for the upcoming 2009 season. I needed improvements in my, agility, strength, and overall athleticism and the Training Zone got me ready. Keith and his crew of trainers will get you right for whatever sport or event you participate in. These are professionals who will work to help you get your mind right and playing at the highest level. Your mindset is every bit as important as your body. There are many extensive workout plans out there, but if your looking for credible trainers, who better than Keith Poole, ASU's finest!

I have known Keith for over five years now. I started training with him my sophomore year in high school hoping to become a Division-1 football player. His intense workouts led to a massive growth in strength, size, and speed and numerous accomplishments both on the football field and baseball diamond that many young kids dream of. He helped me accomplish my goal of getting a chance to play Division-1 football, but I also managed to get a scholarship to play baseball at a nationally ranked Pac-10 school, Arizona State, through the confidence and determination Keith helped me grow. That is where I stand today. I am a second year Sun Devil playing for one of the best college baseball programs around and I owe a lot of thanks to Keith Poole’s Training Zone for this great accomplishment.

After having three children and allowing myself to get out of shape, I never thought I’d fit into my “skinny jeans" again. After only a few months of personal training with Chris twice a week, I saw a significant difference in my physique. One year later, my “skinny jeans" fit comfortably and I can honestly say it would not have been possible without Chris gently—but firmly— pushing me to work harder.
