Keith Poole is an alumnus of Arizona State University. His Sun Devil football career as a wide receiver began in 1992. Awards received: 1st Team Pac-10 All-Conference Wide Receiver his junior and senior year; 2nd Team All American his senior year; and played in the Senior Bowl, Shrine All Star game and the 1997 Rose Bowl. His stellar performance at ASU catapulted him into the National Football League. 

His career in the NFL began in 1997 when he was drafted in the fourth round by the New Orleans Saints. During his five years in the NFL, he played for the New Orleans Saints and the Denver Broncos. In 1999, he was named Offensive MVP by the New Orleans Saints.

 

Aimee is an active and healthy person by nature. She has a strong understanding of the functions and vital processes of the human body so she can effectively design and deliver personal nutrition and physical fitness training programs. Each client is different, and seeking different goals, but Aimee (like all of our trainers) is able to promote health at every stage of growth and development to meet the needs and goals.

Chris James has always been fitness minded. While in school he was a Gymnast, studied Tae Kwon do for over 5 years and competed in Natural Bodybuilding for 3 years. As a Bodybuilder he placed 1st in the Delaware Regional Bodybuilding Championships;

placed 2nd in the Maryland Regional Bodybuilding Championships; and placed 5th in the Pennsylvania State Bodybuilding Championships.

Chris has well over 10 years of Personal Training experience and is well versed in the areas of nutrition and supplementation. Through his experience as a trainer he has helped many people achieve their fitness goals. His experience in training extends to individuals from every walk of life and fitness goals.

Chris’ style of training is unique in that he is very articulate and pays close attention to detail. He has a passion for educating the trainee on proper form to prevent injury and to ensure they get the most from their workouts. Nutrition and flexibility are also key elements to his training routine. Chris understands the importance of monitoring the level of intensity to guarantee that the program he designs is suitable for each person.
